Product Care

Most of North Aware products come with 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If our product fails due to a workmanship problem, we will either repair it or replace it.

Please make sure that you follow the washing instructions on the tag of every product.

Our coats are dry-clean only. Do not wash or tumble dry them. The coats are treated with DWR (Durable Water Resistant) which means that they will withstand light rain/snow without getting you wet.
